The LionsBot R5 delivers the exact same cleaning power and compact footprint as a traditional walk-behind scrubber, but operates entirely autonomously. Designed to eliminate the physical strain associated with manual floor cleaning, the R5 utilises a triple-brush system delivering up to 29 kg of downward force to ensure a consistent, high-quality clean on hard flooring every single run. With a 50 L solution tank and a maximum runtime of up to 4 hours and 20 minutes, a single charge provides up to 5,000 m² of floor coverage.

• 360° Turn-in-Place Mobility: Engineered to never get stuck, the R5 can turn completely on the spot to navigate tight dead-end corners and adapt to dynamic, complex floor plans.
• AI NavSense & AdaptiveMap: The R5 requires minimal supervision, utilising AI to spot obstacles, find the best path around them, and automatically get back on track. Furthermore, it continuously learns the facility space and adapts from each run to clean more efficiently over time.
• Advanced Navigation Array: Safe autonomous movement is powered by a comprehensive sensor suite, including a 3D LIDAR, two 2D LIDARs, two depth cameras, three RGB cameras, four sonars, and two ToF sensors.
• Synchronised Teamwork: For large environments, multiple R5 units can work in sync to intelligently divide the facility floor area and maximise efficiency, all managed by a single operator.
