We use LVC for our monthly service and for all our new purchases of machines to help with the upkeep of our high standard of cleanliness.
Every month we receive the visit of our very dedicated engineer that is always happy to do any repair and or maintenance of our machines. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all our needs; nothing is ever too much for him.
Whenever we need to upgrade any machine LVC is quite happy to provide different alternatives and to provide a trial/ demonstration so I am fully aware of all my options. They are also quite happy to provide ongoing training on the machines for new members of staff.
Because they deal with different companies they are able to give you very varied information but if you are looking for one machine/ brand specifically they can also do that.
Even their office staff is extremely helpful and understanding of our needs and when contacted they do try their best to help clarifying any issues.
I would highly recommend LVC for all your cleaning machinery needs, either new purchases or ongoing services. They are extremely professional, dedicated and knowledgeable, nothing seems to be too much for them to handle and they always do it with a smile.
